C&T Contracting is currently revitalizing and expanding the production capacity of Spring Lake’s two water treatment facilities. This project is also bringing water treatment plant #1 back online which will add redundancy to the districts potable water system. The project includes a new operations and electrical building, new pump station, rehabilitation of a ground storage tank, addition of a chemical treatment system, 1,600’ of new 12” transmission pipe and the addition of a retention pond and parking lot.
